\- All the products sold on our website are genuine. Standard warranty as promised by brands (Alpinestars 3 Months & DSG 6 Months) is applicable.

\- Warranty terms and conditions are subject to change by the manufacturer/official distributors without prior intimation. To confirm the final warranty & other terms and conditions kindly get in touch with the respective brand of the product.

\- Planetdsg helps by facilitating the warranty but the final call on acceptance of the claims is at the sole discretion of the brand or it’s official representative. Planetdsg take no responsibility for the rejected claims.

\- The items on stock clearance, festive sale are not applicable for warranty no exchange no refund. (Stock Clearance note is mentioned on product page for such items)

## **DSG Riding Boots WARRANTY POLICY**

#### **1\. Warranty Period**

Dream Sporting Gear provides a 3-month warranty from the original date of purchase.  
This warranty applies exclusively to manufacturing defects

#### **2\. Manufacturing Defects covered under warranty**

Manufacturing defects include failures in stitching, bonding, hardware, structural components, or materials that occur due to manufacturing issues and not as a result of impact, wear and tear, improper care, or misuse.

#### **3\. Exclusions not covered under warranty**

This warranty does not cover damage caused by incorrect usage, external factors, or natural material behaviour.

#### **A. General Exclusions**

-   Products beyond the 3-month warranty period
    
-   Damage resulting from crashes, falls, slides, or collisions
    
-   Damage caused by incorrect sizing or improper fit
    
-   Normal wear and tear associated with regular use
    
-   Use of the boots in conditions for which they were not designed
    
-   Damage caused by improper storage, including exposure to humidity, moisture, mould, or excessive heat
    
-   Damage arising from incorrect cleaning or washing procedures
    
-   Any form of intentional damage, misuse, or neglect
    

#### **B. Cosmetic Exclusions (Refer to Graphic Print Note)**

-   Fading or peeling of printed graphics
    
-   Fading of neon colours due to sunlight or environmental exposure
    

Cosmetic changes do not compromise protection and are therefore not covered.

##  **Warranty Claim Procedure**

1.  **Submit a Claim**  
    Email us at warranty@planetdsg.com with clear images of the defect and a copy of the original invoice. Claims must be submitted within the warranty period 
    
2.  **Assessment**  
    Our team will review the submitted images and details of the complaint.  
      
    
3.  **Action Taken**  
    If the issue qualifies as a manufacturing defect as per the conditions mentioned in your product warranty card, DSG will arrange for the necessary repair or replacement.  
      
    
4.  **Approval & Timelines**  
    Final warranty approval rests solely with Dream Sporting Gear.  
    Processing may take up to 2 weeks, excluding shipping time.
    

####  **Important Safety Advisory**

In the event of a crash or impact, DSG strongly recommends replacing the gear, as the protective capability may be compromised. No DSG product can guarantee complete protection or prevent injury in all conditions. Environmental changes such as extreme heat, cold or prolonged moisture exposure may affect performance.  
Accident-related damage is not covered under warranty.
