Shipping and Return Policy

Shipping Carriers
All orders placed on the Dream Sporting Gear website are shipped through registered domestic third-party courier companies and/or India Post only. We partner with these reliable carriers to ensure your products reach you safely and in a timely manner.

 Order Processing Time
Orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours of receiving the order. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched. Please note that orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Time
Your products will be delivered within 5-7 working days from the date of dispatch. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the availability of the courier service. We strive to meet these delivery times, but please be aware that unforeseen circumstances may sometimes cause delays.


Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing the tracking number and a link to track your shipment. You can use this information to check the status of your delivery at any time.

 Delivery Issues
If you experience any issues with your delivery, such as a delay or damage to the product, please contact our customer service team at orders@planetdsg.com. We will work with the courier company to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Address Accuracy
To ensure prompt delivery, please provide accurate and complete shipping details. PlanetDSG is not responsible for delays or lost shipments resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

 Order Cancellation
Orders once placed cannot be cancelled. Please review your order carefully before finalising the purchase.

Reporting Defective or Damaged Products
If the product is defective or damaged, please report it to our customer service team within 24 hours of delivery. The claim will then be authenticated by our team. Upon verification, we will arrange for a replacement.

 Incorrect Orders
If the order received is incorrect, please contact us immediately. We will replace it at no additional cost to you.

Return Policy
You can return new, unused, and unaltered items for size replacement only if the required size is available. Returns must be initiated within 2 days post delivery. Please follow these steps for returns:

1.⁠ ⁠*Contact Us*: Email us at orders@planetdsg.com to initiate a return. Provide your order number and details about the size you need.
2.⁠ ⁠*Inspection*: Once we receive the item and inspect it, your reorder will be processed.
3.⁠ ⁠*Shipping Costs*: You are responsible for all shipping costs associated with the return (To & Fro). The product will be shipped only after the buyer pays the shipping charges.
4.⁠ ⁠*Prepaid Shipments*: All return shipments must be prepaid by the customer.

Important Return Guidelines
•⁠  ⁠Do not abuse this policy by ordering multiple of the same or similar item with the intention of returning the majority of your order.
•⁠  ⁠Any item which has been “taken out for a ride” is considered used and cannot be returned.
•⁠  ⁠Items showing signs of use/wear or otherwise in a condition other than received cannot be returned.
•⁠  ⁠All items must be packed in their original packing (or equivalent protection) and include all original tags. Improperly packed items, especially without protective packaging, may arrive scuffed and will be returned to the customer.
